Autococker Eblade

Posted in Marker Reviews  by admin on February 14th, 2008

If you have an Autococker Eblade, you need to know how to adjust the settings and make the marker perform the way it should. The Eblade uses two solenoids to for controlling the recocking and firing of the gun. It will recock at thirty cps. If you do not have the Eblade, you have to manually recock the marker with the trigger. This alone makes the Eblade worth having. It will be faster and allow you to have more accurate shooting. The adjustable setscrews leaves room for lengthening or shortening the trigger pulls. This makes shooting the paintballs faster. The thing about the Eblade is that it is run with a 9-volt battery.

To install the Autococker Eblade you need to have a flat lug, which is called the square. If you remove the grip frame you will see the lug , which should have a flat bottom. If it does, you are set to install the Eblade. If you have a rounded bottom, you are going to need to buy a new lug in order for the Eblade to function. Some people are not comfortable replacing the trigger with the new system and should find a marker technician to do the work. The slightest mistake can mean the difference between the marker working and not working.

In order to install the Autococker Eblade, you need to remove the grip, three-way and the timing rod as well as the low pressure hoses from the three-way. If any of this sounds confusing, then a tech should install the Eblade. Removing the old parts to upgrade the marker seems easy enough, but then you have to install the new parts, which might be more confusing because it is a different trigger system. You want to be happy with the upgrade so make sure everything is done correctly and you Autococker will be faster than before.

Bob Long Vice

Posted in Marker Reviews  by admin on February 12th, 2008

The Bob Long Vice is now one of the hottest paintball guns to come around the circuit. The reason they are gaining popularity is that they have little or no kick back. The delivery is faster than the Protégé and the design is leek and lightweight. Some of the features of the Vice are a 360-inline regulator, fourteen-inch barrel, pillow bolt and dragon grips. The Vice has a low operating pressure and it delivers two thousand shots with a 68-4500 fill. These features alone have made the marker popular on all fields. The speed and precision has allowed accurate strikes.

The design and look of the Bob Long Vice is slick. The dragon grip adds some class to the marker. The four finishes are black, blue, silver and red. One would think the black is easier to camouflage, but when you see the red with its distinguishing dragon grip, you are going to have second thoughts about the black finish for your marker. The smaller sleek design that weighs only fourteen ounces without the scope is easier to handle and maneuver around tight areas. It is also easier to take a two-hand operation down to one hand and still have complete precision and accuracy.

The Bob Long Vice is a great field marker that has become as popular as the Autococker. The lightweight marker doe not need any upgrades to perform. It comes ready to use with everything needed to take on the opponent. If you are looking for a good marker that delivers fast rounds, the Vice is what you want to have on your side. The marker receives good reviews from users and seems to sell out faster than what sporting stores can stock it on the shelves. The game cannot get any better when you use a Vice.

InvertMini

Posted in Marker Reviews  by admin on February 12th, 2008

The Invert Mini is so lightweight and small anyone can use it and still have accuracy. The new technology used with the Mini is what is making this marker a highly sough after commodity. The weight of the Mini with a barrel is just less than two pounds, which means, you have something comfortable to carry and fire. Included in the weight is the regulator, 9-volt battery and the ASA. This electronic marker is going to revolutionize the paintball industry. The new Mini has no hoses to break or crimp, a threaded cocker barrel and a Ion clamping feed neck with ICD threads.

The new operating system is a pressure-controlled poppet with an ASA and regulator that is so small it weighs hardly anything. The Invert Mini comes with a one-year warranty. The design is so similar to the Cobra, which was made by JBS except the design features have been enhanced to provide accurate and precision shooting. The air chamber was moved to the middle of the frame that allowed the marker to be made smaller than the Cobra. The bolt still needs to be lubricated even if you would upgrade to the Delrin bolts. There is a misconception that you do have to lubricate the bolt, but is all honesty, you do need to lubricate because the bolt will still wear on the spring.

The finishes for the Invert Mini are blue, red and black. The metal case is no longer included. The slipstream solenoid is remarkably stable making this marker less apt to breakdown. The amount of ball breaks is minimal and the firing power is awesome with the Mini. Many paintball enthusiasts are taking the Mini into tournaments and leaving behind the Autococker and the Bob Long Vice because it is so easy to use and lightweight.
